Celebration Packages

Wood End Farm offers a unique DIY event venue in a quiet, secluded and beautiful country setting.

Daily Package - $1500*/day

Have access to the facility from 10:00AM through 11:00PM on the day of the event.
You may return the next day from 9:00AM until 12:00PM to finish clean-up.
50% of package price must be paid at booking to reserve your date.
* Plus 6% WV Sales Tax

Payment based on duration of event.
In addition to the event, you will have access to the venue 2 hours to set up (same day) and 2 hours to clean up after the event (same day).
All events should be over by 9:00PM.
Access to the venue for set-up the day prior can be arranged for cost of $100/hour (round up to next hour).
Additional clean-up time can be arranged for cost of $100/hour.

Access to the farmhouse OR the barn during the rental period
If using farmhouse, access to kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher
Access to restrooms in either venue.
Generous parking area for either venue.
