Wood End Farm offers a unique DIY wedding venue in a quiet, secluded and beautiful country setting.

Weekend Wedding Package - $5000*

The 89 acre farm (including farmhouse and barn) is yours for the entire weekend (10:00AM Friday - 12:00PM Sunday)!
The venue is yours on Friday from 10:00AM until 10:00PM. This should allow for plenty of time to setup, decorate, rehearse and even host a rehearsal dinner if you wish.
On Saturday, the farm will open at 10:00AM and is yours until 11:00PM. All events and music should be over by 10:00PM.
You may return on Sunday morning from 9:00AM until 12:00PM to finish cleaning and packing up decor.
50% of package price must be paid at booking to reserve your date.

Single Day Wedding Package - $3000*

The 89 acre farm (including farmhouse and barn) is yours from 10:00AM through 11:00PM
You may return the next day from 9:00AM until 12:00PM to finish cleaning and packing up decor.
50% of package price must be paid at booking to reserve your date.

Standard Wedding Packages Include:

Access to the property during the rental period
Access to the farmhouse includes a bridal suite for the bridal party to prepare.
Access to the space in the barn for the groomsmen to prepare.
Access to farmhouse kitchen with microwave, oven, cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher
Access to restrooms in both farmhouse and barn

Use of the property for your engagement pictures

Standard Wedding Packages Do Not Include:

tables, chairs or linens**

If you desire extra restrooms, Jefferson Rental offers our guests $100 off each luxury restroom trailer. They are familiar with our layout and have a huge selection of options to make your event magical.
